Ken D Foster

Since 2007, Senator Steven Thayn has been a State Representative in the Idaho Legislature focusing mostly on education reform. He serves on the Education, Commerce and Human Resource, Joint Finance and Appropriation Committees as well as interim committees to rewrite the funding formula for k-12 education and others.

Currently, he is working on an alternative to Medicaid expansion that empowers people and uses state funds to provide primary care linked with Life Coaching.

Senator Thayn is unique in that he is a conservative legislator that works on poverty, education, and health care issues. He has owned and operated a dairy farm for 18 years and has authored several books.

Reverend Christian Sorensen, D.D., is the eminent spiritual leader of the Seaside Center for Spiritual Living and a past president and community spiritual leader of the United Church of Religious Science (UCRS) worldwide (now United Centers for Spiritual Living).   He is also the Director of the United Centers for Spiritual Living School of Ministry, with campuses in San Diego, Seattle, Washington.

Dr. Sorensen addressed the United Nations General Assembly as part of its annual World Interfaith Harmony Week. As a leadership council member of the Association for Global New Thought, Sorensen is involved in worldwide grass roots movements of the Season for Non-Violence. He’s been a participant of the Synthesis Dialogues with His Holiness the Dalai Lama of Tibet and a repeat speaker at the Parliament of World Religions in Melbourne Australia and South Africa. Dr. Sorensen has authored nine books.

Bob Steinberger, Attorney at Law, is a founding partner of Soden & Steinberger, LLP, established in 2000. Bob’s practice emphasizes work with Franchisors and Franchisees both domestically and internationally.

Bob’s passion for franchising includes an ownership interest in the video gaming franchise PLAYlive Nation, Inc. This provides Bob with a unique perspective having the legal background and operations experience to counsel Franchisors/Franchisees with their specific needs.

Bob also assists clients in aspects of corporate work which includes entity formation, license agreements, trademark filings, business and service contracts, sale of businesses, commercial lease review and drafting.

Kelsey Sterkenburg is a people operations professional with a background in recruiting, training and mentoring.

Kelsey has an immense passion for working with people and studying psychology and behavioral therapy. She enjoys building trusting relationships with others and acting as both a mentor and friend. Her goal is to help individuals from all walks of life identify their true passions and reach their full learning potential.

Currently Kelsey works as a Talent Manager for a recruiting firm and a Project Manager for Stars of Courage. She is also involved with CHADD, SHRM and the American Marketing Association.

Bob Korman grew up in Brooklyn, New York became an Electronic Technician in the Navy, then obtained a BS Degree in Engineering and a MS Degree in Business Administration.

Bob and a partner founded a successful semiconductor supplier business which eventually generated revenues of 30 million. During this time, Bob and his partner won the Arizona High Tech Entrepreneur of the Year Award, and made Inc. Magazine’s top 500 list. Soon after, Bob sold the business to U.S Filter, a Fortune 500 Company.

Bob served as Director of the Arizona Angels Investment Group Advisory Counsel for two years helping several star-ups with capital and advice. He has stared several successful companies and has been working
with the Ramah (New Mexico) Navajo’s to break the string of poverty.

Deb Augur, aka MyWebGal, with 16 years of experience, is a professional web developer serving clients from solopreneurs to e-commerce businesses. Her know-how assists clients to elevate their online presence. Deb’s widely-ranging online customer services, such as website/social media design, copywriting, and video/audio editing, is known for propelling company growth without breaking the bank.

Deb joined early in support of the Stars of Courage Foundation. Her passion for volunteering dates back to the late 80’s when she was instrumental in raising funds, enlisting sponsors, and intensifying awareness for local charities, such as the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation.

Mark Waldman

Mark Robert Waldman is Executive MBA Faculty at Loyola Marymount University where he teaches the “NeuroLeadership and Communication” program. He is on the faculty of Holmes Institute and he trains individuals in NeuroCoaching, a brain-based and evidence-based model that brings mindfulness and positivity into the coaching, therapeutic, business, and educational communities.

He has authored 14 books, including NeuroWisdom: The New Brain Science of Money, Happiness, and Success and the national bestseller How God Changes Your Brain which Oprah selected as one of the nine “Must Read” books for 2012.His research on the neuroscience of consciousness, communication, and spirituality has been published in peer-reviewed journals throughout the world and his work has been featured in Time Magazine, the Washington Post, the New York Times, Forbes, Entrepreneur, Oprah Magazine, and he has appeared on PBS and National Public Radio.

Christopher Van Buren has worked in online marketing and media for over 12 years, as a publisher, marketing director, and campaign manager. He is an expert in content marketing, affiliate marketing and online strategies.

Chris has written numerous books in the technology, travel and self-help markets and spent eight years as a literary agent, helping authors get their books published.
